Common questions.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle with no administrative fees. Unused AI credits roll over to the following month for up to 60 days.
Is my company's data kept separate from others?
Absolute isolation. Every company has its own data partition. Your interview transcripts, candidate profiles, and business records are never used to improve shared AI models.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
AI features pause until you top up. All other non-AI features (candidate profiles, JD management, team management, reports) continue to work normally.
Do you support Vietnamese language?
Yes. The Smart Interview and all email communications fully support both English and Vietnamese. Your HR team can configure the language per job position or per candidate.
